Chapter 5

The moment we got inside, we began to peel off our winter jackets and kicked our winter boots to the side. Snow flung everywhere and began to melt as soon as it made contact with the rich wooden floors.

I scanned the chalet quickly to double check that we were alone, and then I moved my eyes back to my boys. They were the center of my world, the center of my vision.

Barrett grabbed my hand and pulled me against him. He was wearing tight jeans with a dark sweater and I could feel his dick swell as our mouths crashed against each other.

Rome was wearing looser jeans and a light hoodie, but I could still feel his hardness as it grew against me too. I was ready to tear off my clothes and drag them upstairs with me.

I was practically throbbing for them already, my desire pulsing through my veins and my breath coming faster.

I turned in Barrett’s arms and kissed Rome, our tongues swirling around each other’s until I felt like I was being swept up on an ocean current of ecstasy.

I heard somebody clear their throat, and I tensed up and pulled away from Rome.

I whipped my head around and looked over towards the side of the great hall towards what must be the kitchen. An older woman in a chef’s white jacket was standing there rubbing her hands on her thighs.

“Are you Barrett and Stephanie?” she asked and didn’t seem flustered at all by what she’d seen.

“We are,” I replied. “I’m sorry about…”

My voice trailed off, and I gestured towards Barrett and Rome.

She laughed and shook her head. “Oh honey, if you knew the kind of crazy things I’ve seen in my career you wouldn’t even think about being embarrassed.”

“I guess that’s good,” I smiled. “Although you just kind of called us crazy.”

It was her turn to look flustered. “Oh, I didn’t mean it like—”

“I’m kidding,” I grinned. “I don’t really care if you think we’re crazy.”

“Me neither,” Barrett said.

“Same,” Rome told me.

“Well, that’s good,” she said and looked at the clock above the mantle. “I’m Margaret, but I’m going to get going a little early. The snow is coming down so thick now I want to make it home before it’s too bad to drive in.”

“Thank you for getting all the food ready for Christmas,” I said, and she waved at me as she headed back through the kitchen. A few moments later a pickup truck drove around the house and made its way back down the driveway towards the main road.

“I think we’re alone now,” I said and looked around at last, taking it all in.

The chalet was stunning, it was like a work of art on its own.

The ceiling had to be over two stories high with glass from floor to roof opening up the space to light and the beautiful view outside.

There was a massive stone fireplace in the center with cozy leather furniture arranged around in conversational patterns.
